真空袋在運輸過程中會出現破損的原因!

  食品真空包裝設計方麵,如內容物的淨含量或體積超過了所用軟包裝材料的承受範圍,在運輸或銷售流通過程中,稍受外力,就會出現破袋、開裂問題。而之所以會出現這種現象主要的原因為:
  In the aspect of food vacuum packaging design, if the net content or volume of the contents exceeds the bearing range of the soft packaging materials used, the bag breaking and cracking problems will occur in the process of transportation or sales circulation when a little external force is applied. The main reasons for this phenomenon are:
  1、密封性:如爆破壓力測試,可以確定發生破袋的位置和機械強度薄弱的部位。如熱封強度測試可判斷熱封強度是否滿足食品內容物的要求,並確定熱封不良的部位以及熱封效果的均勻度。例如雞爪真空包裝產生破損是因為雞爪被切分的時候,有些碎爪的骨頭被切的很尖,再加上煮沸的時候,肉皮收縮,所以骨頭就裸露出來,在運輸的過程中容易將袋子紮破。因此,包裝袋的耐穿刺性應做為包裝材料組合的考慮。

For example, the heat sealing strength test can determine whether the heat sealing strength meets the requirements of food content, and determine the parts with poor heat sealing and the uniformity of heat sealing effect. In addition, when the chicken claw is boiled, the skin shrinks, so the bone is exposed, and the bag is easy to be punctured during transportation. Therefore, puncture resistance of packaging bag should be considered as the key of packaging material combination.
  2、物理機械性能:如拉斷力與斷裂伸長率、抗穿刺強度、抗擺錘衝擊性能、剝離強度等,可綜合判斷包裝袋的韌性、耐穿刺性、抗衝擊性等物理機械性能是否符合包裝、儲存堆碼及運輸過程的需求。
  2. Physical and mechanical properties: such as tensile strength and elongation at break, puncture resistance, pendulum impact resistance, peel strength, etc., it can comprehensively judge whether the toughness, puncture resistance, impact resistance and other physical and mechanical properties of the packaging bag meet the requirements of packaging, storage, stacking and transportation.
